Today's Special Guest is Josh Taylor, a communications triple threat- having held jobs in TV, print and radio broadcasting. He joined the TribLIVE Radio team after two years as a sports anchor and reporter at KHBS/KHOG-TV in Fayetteville, Arkansas, where he received two Associated Press awards and was nominated for two Emmy awards. Taylor also periodically fills-in as an anchor for KDKA-TV Sports and "The Nightly Sports Call" on Pittsburgh CW. Taylor, who earned a bachelor's degree in journalism and certificate in general business from Duquesne in 2007, found time to play semi-pro baseball and other sports year-round as well as to win a Telly Award as an anchor, reporter and producer for DUQ-TV News. Because Duquesne is in a city with major league sports, Taylor had opportunities to interview legends like former Steeler "Mean" Joe Greene and to cover the last regular season Penguins hockey game played in Mellon Arena.
